Work Baby Shower

My sister, who is also my manager at work, pulled together a Baby Shower that incorporated the ladies that work for me + a few other friends. They decorated in pink and even made me a Miss America style sash the said "Pregnant Princess" - ha ha ha ha Sparkly baby shoes :) - in purple, of course

This baby blanket (below) was stitched and made for me by my grandmother Miller when I was a baby. It is one of 2 blankets that I named and carried evreywhere!

Ths is the "Naked Baby" cake that was just too funny for words!

So this past week end I had 2 baby showers! The first was one that the ladies from work had for me - it included home made pizza and a naked baby cake (more on that in another post when I have pics to go along with the explaniation)

The other one was one that several dear friends from church did. It was beautiful! And such fun... I'll let the pictures speak, for they are so much better than any words :)

I left the shower feeling amazingly blessed and much more prepard for the arrival of Baby Girl - thanks to all who made the day a wonderful time with friends.

Can I just say how happy I am the it is now JUNE! Finally, I feel like I can relax and enjoy being pregnant! Not that I have enjoyed thus far, but I do feel like so many other things (mainly work) has been taking up so much of my mental energy that I haven't had yime for much else. So it is with great anticipation that I have looked forward to June. And now that it is here, it's hard for me to believe that it IS June. Now, to focus on what we are going to name this Baby Girl of ours - everyone keeps asking about the name. And well, no name yet - not that we haven't tried - just nothing has stuck. I keep saying that we'll have a name eventually - at least before we leave the hospital! *ha ha ha*

I have some cool pictures to post soon of some really amazing weddings we did this past month and maybe a belly shot or two ;)
